The event will take place the weekend of Sept. 19-21, 2008 and will feature three national musical acts, four local stages, over 50 competing professional barbeque teams like Dr. Porkenstein, QU Cooking Crew, and Fat Boys BBQ, 11 food and beverage vendors (double last year), and fun for the whole family.
